Old Oaks 2022 Brut

Our newest sparkling wine release. Old Oaks is a Phoenix based bottle fermented sparkling wine that has had 12 months on its lees before disgorging. Full of floral notes, brioche, white stone fruit, a delicious rich mousse and bright acidity, this amazing wine is great with canapés, blue cheese and is a fabulous celebration wine.

The name Old Oaks is derived from the old trees that surround our vineyards, in particular a gnarly old oak that sits alongside our Doehole vineyard. There's also a reference to our regenerative approaches and our Pocket Rainforest project on the bottle, of which the sales of all our wines make a contribution to our land management ethos.
